The Waking

Theodore roethke wrote poem The waking. This poem is in form of Villanelle. why did he use really old form of poem? There might be better. But I think it is because it is best form of poem that has great rhythm. His rhythm was creepy. rhythm emphasized those words and it was kind of good.
